Pressure-treated with Quaternary Alkaline Copper (CAQ) compounds, this preserved wood combines efficiency, safety and durability.
Copper, long known for its wood-preserving properties, acts here in synergy with quaternary compounds for broad-spectrum protection. The result: high-performance wood, adapted to outdoor conditions, resistant to humidity, biological degradation and wear and tear over time.

Safety, aesthetics and durability
Used according to recommendations, Goodfellow ProNature™ treated wood is safe for residential and outdoor use. As soon as it leaves the factory, it has a greenish tint characteristic of the CAQ treatment. This color evolves over time to a warm light brown tone, then a weathered natural gray, like most exterior woods exposed to the elements.
Important: ProNature™ wood is not recommended for critical infrastructure (bridges, piles, etc.). For these applications, Goodfellow offers ACC (chromated copper arsenate) treatment.
